In Accra, Ghana, Tarragon Edge Limited, a leading SME business advisory services company launched The Edge Credit Union to support Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs) in Ghana.
With particular focus on SDG goals 5, 8 & 17 the Community Bank is set to distinguish itself from competitors by leveraging on its expertise in capacity
building, to partner with small businesses and to provide support in terms of structure that will ultimately induce financial growth.
Certainly the most distinguishing feature of this latest entrant into the banking sector in Accra however, must be its policy to assign 65% of its funds to support women-led businesses.
