Tarragon Events and Concierge is acting as a strategic partner for  to Global Mobility Network (ADKING Young Professional Bootcamp) to facilitate travel arrangements for a 2 -day business bootcamp and awards event in Atlanta, USA 

The terms of this contract are as follows 

USA visa appointment dates are currently not available, hence we advise 50% payment for  by 26th June 2024 so invitation letters are are arranged quickly to aid in smooth processing time

If visa is refused  50% of the summit fee will be retained but all others such such ticket and hotel reservations will be refunded if with the cancellation deadlines.

Tickets and Hotels reserved for within the period of 1st September 2024 to October 20th can be cancelled without a charge, however after this date there will be a charge per the hotel and airline penalty charges and balance refunded.

Any refund will be made in two ways: available for future programs on a 10% discount or paid 60 days after the event paid for due to reconciliations
