Terms and Conditions

Tarragon Events and Concierge is acting as a strategic partner to Humanitarian Awards Global 2023 awards and dinner night in Accra, Ghana at the plush Labadi Pleasure Beach Hotel.

The terms of this contract are as follows:

Participants can book for hotels in the list of hotels provided.

For reservations to be made participants are to make their 70% payments by September 15, 2023.

In the event that the participant cancels the reservation by September 30, 2023 , the hotel will not charge any amount.

However, the hotel reserves the right to charge an amount per the nights booked and refund made after 60 days if cancellation is made beyond September 30, 2023.

Participants will bear all transfer charges from bank in the event of any refund.

NB: Kindly note that Tarragon Events and Concierge Services are acting on behalf of Humanitarian Awards Global (HAG) for this particular event, and is nowhere a travel agency or a partner with regards to other services pertaining to the client, other than the 1- day event in the Accra, Ghana on October 28, 2023.
